Control Valves

• OpGL: Featuring an investment cast body for better corrosion resistance and zero porosity, the OpGL is available in over 8 trim sizes to optimize process control requirements. It features ANSI CL600 body wall thickness for all pressure ratings from CL150 to CL600 and is available in standard class IV, V, or VI shutoff, with cost-effective cavitation control and noise abatement trim.
• OpEXL: This control valve features a 160 to 1 turndown/rangeability and a robust single-piece, non-rotating post. It has frictionless, cammed seating and CVD-5B hardening is available for abrasive service. It is available with a large, double-packing box as well as fugitive emissions packing with a self-aligning seat.
• OpVEE: This control valve features a precise EDM machined splined shaft and ball and is available with fugitive emissions packing as well as a larger double packing box. Its piston cylinder actuator and integral flanges design standard deliver enough thrust for high-performance throttling.

Actuators

• OpTK linear: A powerful, high-performance pneumatic actuator, the OpTK Linear Piston-Cylinder actuator delivers positive throttling or on-off operation for automatic control valves. Its double-acting cylinders are designed to handle instrument air supply pressures up to 150 psi, allowing it to generate significant thrust with a compact footprint. This actuator features a spring-provided fail-safe operation and is fully field reversible for air-to-close or air-to-open action, without the requirement of additional parts. Its positioner supplies both sides of the piston with air, delivering exceptionally precise movements and a high-frequency response.
• OpTK rotary: This actuator combines pneumatic stiffness with high torque and excellent throttling capabilities. Packaged in a rugged yet lightweight and compact assembly, it is designed for supply pressures up to 150 psi. Its rocking piston assembly enables the direct conversion of linear motion to rotary motion. It also features a lever and splinted shaft to eliminate lost motion and provide exceptional resolution and precision.
• OpRPA: This high-performance rack and pinion actuator is designed for automating trunnion ball, v-notch ball, eccentric plug, butterfly, custom-engineered rotary valves, and dampers. Significant advancements in rack and pinion actuator design and manufacturing processes have resulted in high resolution and precise control at a lower cost compared to diaphragm rotary actuators or piston-cylinder actuators. The OpRPA features a one-piece nitride-coated pinion gear and an enclosed precision-extruded anodized aluminum body. It is designed to offer clockwise and counterclockwise 100-degree travel adjustment for open and closed positions. It is also convertible to a spring return or double-acting return by adding or removing springs.
• OpSY: The OpSY Scotch Yoke Actuator series includes a complete line of heavy-duty rotary actuators designed for automating v-notch ball, large butterfly, and trunnion ball valves.
